Modern Jazz is a very popular dance class which teaches pupils to improve their flexibility, strength, and co-ordination. The classes encompass components from several different dance techniques, including Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, and Ballet. Pupils are taught how to dance using their core muscles and will learn how to leap and turn, expand, relax, and contract their bodies.
